Why Choose Acrylic Kitchen Doors

Posted by Dan Foster on

Whether you are doing a full kitchen re model or  if you simply want to replace your cabinet door fronts, if it's a contemporary gloss finish you want then acrylic is a a fantastic option to consider.

How do acrylic cabinet doors compare? Where high gloss vinyl / foil wrap doors can have that 'orange peel' ripple look, an acrylic kitchen door has a perfectly flat, smooth surface and will appear much more glossy. The acrylic is generally a much higher quality.

Acrylic doors are much more durable and will not peel. They are available in a wide range of colours and made to measure sizes, meaning there are virtually no restrictions if you have an odd sized cabinet that you need a door to fit. If you like the clean white scandinavian look or if you want to stand out from the crowd with warm plum tones, or all out metallic grey, there's an option to suit most tastes!
