Refund policy

Goods that are made to order, made to measure or manufactured specifically for the customer to their own requirements are non returnable unless damaged by courier upon receipt of delivery and reported in writing within 48 hours.

The cost of returning a stocked item lies with the buyer, they must pay to return the item in its original state and original packaging. We recommend that stocked items being returned should be sent with tracking via Courier or Royal Mail. Just Click Kitchens is not responsible for returned items being lost and or damaged by the delivery company. Stocked items may be returned but may incur a 20% restocking fee.

All stocked items are returnable within 14 days after the order is received. The items must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
